-All transactions are final and all product purchased is sold as is.
-The minimum order charge is $50.00 USD.
-Buyer represents that any supplied credit card or similar information is true and accurate and the buyer has all proper rights in same, that all charges will be honored by buyers credit card Company and that it will pay all credit card related fees as charged.
-Buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales tax.
-Buyer agrees to pay all order related shipping and handling fees.
-Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Surplus MRO LLC. and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all claims in relation hereto.
-All product sold hereunder shall be at the risk of the buyer upon delivery by the carrier F.O.B. shipping point.
-Title to the product sold hereunder shall remain in Seller until payment in full by Buyer.
-Surplus MRO LLC. shall not be responsible for any delays in manufacturing , strikes, fires, transportation, floods, storms, war, insurrections, government regulation or any circumstance beyond its control and the buyer herby waivers any claim relating to same.
